1 cup unpopped popcorn
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pop the popcorn. Place in a well buttered pan. Combine sugar, margarine, and corn syrup. Cook for five minutes. Remove from heat. Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir well; the mixture will look foamy. Pour over popcorn and coat well. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-60 minutes.
