6 ounces cooked chicken, chopped
1 ounce slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix chicken, almonds and celery in bowl. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend into chicken and toss lightly. Serves 4.
